HOW TO USE
1. Clean the inside of the shoe, peel off the adhesive plastic backing on the bottom of the insoles
2. Position the PLEASER® insoles slightly from top to bottom
3. Adjust the position of the gel insoles until they best support your feet

4. Press the insoles firmly into place
5. To clean, remove the insoles from the shoe and wash them with soap and water

6. Wait for them to dry, then repeat steps 2, 3 and 4 above to put the gel insoles back into your shoes
