THE POLE IS ASSEMBLED, NOW YOU CAN PROCEED WITH THE INSTALLATION
4.0 INSTALLATION OF THE POLE
For pressure installation, check that:
1° The pole rests on horizontal, solid, non-elastic, flat surfaces free from roughness.
2° Make sure that the contact surfaces can support a pressure of approximately 350 kg.
3. Make sure the pole is installed at the location where the measurement was taken at the time of purchase. The pole has a tolerance of -1 + 4 cm compared to the height indicated at the time of ordering.
4th Clean the floor and ceiling to remove any dust residue.
5. Clean and degas the rubber pads (PADs) under the pole plates with alcohol. The pads are held in place without chemical adhesives; if they come loose, use double-sided tape to reposition them.
6. For pressure installation, we recommend using the Safety Plate, a safety plate that prevents the pole from accidentally falling. If you have already purchased the Safety Plate, first screw it to the ceiling where you want to install the pole. Follow the instructions provided with the accessory.
Once all the above points have been checked, proceed with the installation of the pole.

11.0 TROUBLESHOOTING
11.1 THE POLE TURNS SLOWLY
Too much pressure may have been applied to the pole during installation: release the pressure, see point 4.4
11.2 THE POLE SLIPS FROM THE LOWER PLATE
Check that the rubbers under the pole plates and the floor are perfectly clean, see point 8.2
11.3 THE POLE MAKES NOISE WHEN IT TURNS
Check that the pole is perfectly level (point 4.2)
Check that the floor and ceiling are parallel; if they are not, try moving the pole a few centimetres.
If the problem is not resolved, the pole may need to have its bearings greased (item 9.2)
11.4 QUICKSPIN2 IS BLOCKED
Make sure the optional screw is not inserted and the slotted screw has NOT been touched (point 6.1)
Check that the pole is level (point 4.2)
11.5 THE RUBBER AT THE BASE OF THE PAD HAS DETACHED
The pads are installed without the use of chemical adhesives. If they come loose, to reposition them, clean the contact areas and use standard double-sided tape (replacement pads are supplied with double-sided tape on the back).
11.6 THE PRESSURE OF THE POLE BETWEEN CEILING AND FLOOR HAS DECREASED AFTER INSTALLATION
Check that the floor and ceiling are solid POINT 4.0 .
If laminate flooring is installed with expanded polyethylene film, the air bubbles inside the polyethylene will compress, causing the post to lose pressure. When this happens, loosen the safety screws and rotate the post a few degrees counterclockwise to restore the correct pressure, as per points 4.3, 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6. In any case, we recommend installing the Safety Plate.
11.7 THE POLE UNSCREWS WHEN IN STATIC MODE
Check that the safety screws are tightened correctly as per points 4.5 and 4.6
11.8 GECKOGRIP AND STAINLESS STEEL POSTS ARE MORE SLIPPERY THAN OTHER INSTALLATIONS
Clean the poles as in point 9.1
If the problem persists, check other aspects: excessively humid external environment, sweating, etc. If you suspect a defect, contact customer service within the terms established in the conditions of sale.
11.9 When the product is not in use, make sure it is stored in a safe place.
