Shipping information
1- FAST DELIVERY MODELS (FOOTWEAR)
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) of receiving your order confirmation email. When we ship the order, you will receive a specific notification.
2- STANDARD MODELS (FOOTWEAR)
We order every Tuesday in the USA with 7-9 day shipping. When we ship the order, you will receive a specific notification.
3- POLE AND EQUIPMENT
All poles and equipment have different delivery times which can even reach 15 working days, after the payment of the order. (PAYMENTS ON DELIVERY ARE NOT ACCEPTED)
4- CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES SUCH AS GRIP KNEE PADS AND OTHER

Rates and estimates for domestic shipments
Order shipping rates will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We offer shipping with a flat rate of 6 EUR in the following countries: Italy and Spain (only in the case of purchases of products present in different locations, 12 Euros will be applied).
For EU countries (excluding islands) We offer flat rate shipping of 12 EURO (WEIGHT UP TO 3 KG)
Pickup in store
You can avoid shipping costs with free local pickup in ITALY (BERGAMO) - SPAIN (CASTELLDEFELS) . Once you have placed your order and selected local collection at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for collection within 1-15 working days. When the order is ready, you will receive an email with the relative instructions.
Our in-store pick-up times will be communicated in the order pick-up confirmation email. When you come to pick up your order, make sure you have the confirmation email with you.
International shipments
We offer international shipments all over the world with a rate ranging from 25 to 40 euros up to 3 kg.
Customs charges and local taxes in different countries are not calculated in the order totals and will be charged to the recipient.
How can I check the status of an order?
When your order is shipped you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Tracking information will be available within 24 hours.
If you do not receive your order within 15 days of receiving the shipping confirmation email, contact us at office@brasiliamoda.com specifying your name and order number and we will carry out the necessary checks.
