Our 30-day return policy states that you have 30 days after receiving an item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or used, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, contact us at office@brasiliamoda.com. Returns must be shipped to the following address: see below for ITALY or SPAIN.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to ship the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Problems
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if there are any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item. This way, we can assess the issue and work to resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (e.g., THE POLE and X-POLE poles and equipment), and personal care products (e.g., beauty products). Additionally, we do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on promotional items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the item received and, once the return has been accepted, purchase the new item separately.

14-day cooling-off period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must have all tags attached, and must be in the original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. For THE POLE and X-POLE pole dance poles and equipment, which are custom-made, this option is not available, as described above.

Refunds
As soon as we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll automatically receive a refund within 10 business days via your original payment method. It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
After more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at office@brasiliamoda.com.


Visit our website regularly: you can browse, select, and request information.
Once the goods arrive at your home, try on the items in peace and decide whether to keep them or return them within 30 days, as per European regulations.

3 - Once we receive the returned item within 3-4 business days, we will issue a refund or send a new model or size, plus shipping costs.

RETURN FOR REFUND REQUEST:
The customer will pay for the return shipping of the item that doesn't fit. Please contact customer service. Once we receive the item, we will refund the product price minus shipping costs.
