TOOLS REQUIRED FOR INSTALLATION NOT INCLUDED
-Ceiling hook (you can buy the Albastros with the swivel already incorporated).
-Rope, ribbon or a Daisy Chain to attach the Pendulum to the ceiling.
-Swivel which allows the Pendulum to rotate without twisting the strings (necessary if the Albatros plate has not been installed).
-Carabiners (as many as needed).

ASSEMBLING THE PENDULUM
To make assembly easier and quicker, the Pendulum is shipped with the webbing already inserted into the hoop hook.
Be careful when unpacking the product so as not to damage the ropes and the pole covering.
The assembly operations of the Pendulum must be done on the ground.
Kneel down to proceed with assembly.
To fully assemble the Pendulum, for example to replace the webbing, go to point 4.0

INSERT THE STRAP INTO THE POLE
1st Place the hoop and pole on the floor.
2nd Insert the ribbon inside the pole and bring it out from the opposite side
Avoid dragging the piece on the floor.
WARNING! DO NOT TWIST THE STRAP , avoid rotating the pole and the hoop on the longitudinal axis.
INSERT THE RIM INTO THE POLE AND SCREW THE KNOB
1. Insert the circle pin into the pole section and align the hole with the notch. CAUTION! DO NOT TWIST THE STRAP.
2nd Using the 5mm hex key, tighten the joint by screwing it clockwise and tightening firmly.
Never twist the webbing inside the pole.
THE PENDULUM IS ASSEMBLED, NOW YOU CAN PROCEED WITH THE INSTALLATION
Once assembled, the Pendulum can be installed by hooking it to the ceiling.

The Pendulum must be installed under a suitable ceiling or beams.

HOOK THE PENDULUM TO THE CEILING
CONNECTING THE POLE TO THE CEILING WITH AN ALBATROS PLATE:
1st Attach the first carabiner to the sling.
2nd Attach the rope, webbing or daisy chain (not included) to the carabiner to connect the pole to the ceiling.
3rd Clip the second carabiner to the end of the rope or sling or daisy chain.
4th Attach the second carabiner to the albatros plate
CONNECTING THE POLE TO THE CEILING WITHOUT AN ALBATROS PLATE:
1st Attach carabiner + swivel + carabiner to the sling.
2nd Attach the rope, webbing or daisy chain (not included) to the carabiner to connect the pole to the ceiling.
3rd Clip the third carabiner to the end of the rope or sling or daisy chain.
4th Attach the third carabiner to the ceiling hook.

4th Attach the second carabiner to the albatros plate

1st Attach carabiner + swivel + carabiner to the sling.
2nd Attach the rope, webbing or daisy chain (not included) to the carabiner to connect the pole to the ceiling.
3rd Clip the third carabiner to the end of the rope or sling or daisy chain.
4th Attach the third carabiner to the ceiling hook.
COMPLETE ASSEMBLY OF THE PENDULUM OR REPLACEMENT OF THE STRAP

REMOVE THE SAFETY SLEEVE
Using your fingers, grasp the safety sleeve and pull it off completely.
UNSCREW ONE SCREW WITH THE 10 MM WRENCH
1st Lower the string stop.
2nd Using the 10 mm wrench, unscrew and remove just one screw.

INSERT THE NEW RIBBON
Insert a new ribbon.

TIGHTEN THE SCREW UNTIL IT FULLY LOCKED
1. Using the 10 mm wrench, tighten the screws completely until they stop. Be careful to insert the wrench correctly into the screw head to avoid premature wear.
2° Make sure with a pencil that the two screws are the same height.
This check is very important for the safety of using the product and to be able to insert the safety sleeve correctly.

1st Make sure the screws are positioned as shown in the photo.

ASSEMBLING THE PENDULUM
UNINSTALLING THE PENDULUM: DIVIDING THE CIRCLE FROM THE POLE
Place the Pendulum on the ground in a horizontal position before proceeding.
1st Using the 5mm hex key, unscrew the post pin 3.5 turns.
CAUTION : DO NOT TURN THE ALLEN WRENCH COUNTERCLOCKWISE TOO MANY TIMES, OTHERWISE THE STEEL PIN WILL COME OUT ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE, BLOCKING THE JOINT. IF THIS HAPPENS, TIGHTEN THE STEEL PIN CLOCKWISE WITH THE 5MM ALLEN WRENCH UNTIL IT ENDES, AND THEN UNSCREW IT COUNTERCLOCKWISE BY ONLY 3 TURNS.
2nd Rotate the pendulum until the silver pin is visible, then use the hex key to push the pin inward.
3rd Separate the hoop from the pole by gently pushing them apart.
CHECKS BEFORE USE
7.1 Check EACH TIME you use it, that the joint is always well tightened.
7.2 EACH TIME YOU USE IT, make sure that the rope or webbing is not damaged or worn. If it is, replace it immediately and DO NOT use the Pendulum.
7.3 Make sure all hanging accessories are suitable for the intended use.
7.4 Make sure that the tool is used by experienced people and provide any safety accessories to prevent falls (e.g. protective mats).

MAINTENANCE
8.1 Cleaning the GeckoGrip pole: simple alcohol (preferably isopropyl) on a microfiber cloth.
When cleaning, use personal protective equipment. It is recommended to ventilate the room after cleaning the pole.
8.2 Replace strings periodically or immediately if damaged and/or worn.

9.4 Do not allow unskilled persons or minors to use, install or handle the product unless supervised.

9.8 For use of the pole raised from the ground, choose the UltraGrip (rubberized) coating.
